However, upon completion of the service and full payment of software costs by the client, ownership of the service, including all associated intellectual property rights, transfers to the client.

  • Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your personal or internal business purposes.

3.1. User Data

  • When using our AI automation solutions, you may input or provide data ("User Data") for processing and analysis. 5.2. Termination by Client

  • You may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our services for any purpose.
